Cold Emailing Summary

There are a couple different types of cold emailing strategies that Thrasker utilizes.

  • High Volume Cold Emailing through Instantly
  • Manual Custom Cold Emailing to people that are classified as "Interested" The Interested Clients are generated from Cold Calling / High Volume Cold Emailing.

Regardless the objective is to get them into a meeting to learn more about our service.

High Volume Cold Emailing - Instantly

Instantly has a bunch of great step by step tutorials on how to complete this. You can see the tutorials here The only major thing in this tutorial we are going to pull out and put in our docuemtnation for now is the email setup, as that is the only major limiting thing we need to continously do.

Manual Custom Cold Emailing

Summary: We will need you to look at all of the data related towards a potential prospect and craft a custom email starting with the most relevant template. The reason that you want to put as much information as possible thats custom to the client, is that it will increase the conversion percentage of them scheduling an email if they think that its custom to them. Most people know when emails are generic or mass sent, and they will appreciate if someone took the time to email them something.

The Potential Prospects

The prospects are generated from the cold calling team, from people that are interested in learning more about what we do. The Thrasker cold calling team will be inserting the "Interested" leads in to Pipedrive, in the (Leads) category. They will also be in charge of writing notes about the phone call to give you any relevant data. You will most likely need to also conduct your own research based off the leads information.

Process

  • Login to Pipedrive and navigate to the Leads section.
  • Click on one of the New Leads (You will know that it is new because there will be no past due or scheduled activity. You can also create a filter for new leads by filtering deals with less than X amount of acitivty.)
  • One you click on the New Lead, Navigate to the Person View so you are able to see all of the CloudTalk Activity, Recordings, and Notes.
  • Begin your Research with the website, any notes, and start creafting a custom email. The advanced ideas / process for this can be found here
  • In Pipedrive You can send the email, choosing a template, and then inserting your custom pieces inside and hit send.
  • Schedule a follow up activity , Choose Either Email or Call, for now go back and forth until we have a better understanding on which sequence will provide the best conversion.
